Our goal is simple, we aim to provide our Sacramento property management clients with a cost effective, professional solution to the task of managing real estate and tenants. We are state licensed and experienced real estate professionals. As a client, you will work directly with the company owner, Tom Manning.
Tom is an experienced property manager and real estate investor in the Sacramento market, and also a licensed real estate agent. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University.
Tom owns and manages multiple properties in the Greater Sacramento area. He started Tower Bridge with the goal of bringing the highest level of customer service to the property management industry. He will manage your property with the same urgency and professionalism that he brings to his own properties.
Pery coordinates leases and payments, as well as the listing of our available properties. She holds a Master of e-Management from the Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona.
Ana is an expert in maintenance coordination. She works with vendors, inspectors, HOAs, tenants, and owners, to ensure optimal operational conditions of our properties. Ana holds an Engineering degree from the Institute of Technology of Sonora and is recognized for her friendly and kind attitude.
Maddie specializes in inspections for move-ins, move-outs, and annual inspections. She validates the state of properties, keeping the rest of the team informed. Maddie is currently studying Engineering at Boise State University.
